I was surprised to see so many negative reviews of the Olympia Opaline Sequel here. There may be hidden charges, bad people etc., which we may know later but property wise these are the best apartments you can have, not only in Chennai, but in any Indian metro at such affordable price. I bought one 3BHK & I am pretty happy with that. I can guarantee for the four things: 1) superb view & ambiance 2) very high quality construction & exceptionally well architecture 3) Easy access to the property and 4) Good water, electricity & maintenance.

this is a very good place to rest and get some fresh air. There is a full flash sea view from the balconies of the common rooms and the master bedrooms.. Well maintained community.
