I have booked a flat in Olympeo Riverside in December 2018 in building 4B a 2BHK flat. Since then have fair experience with Olympeo team and this project.

Pro

1. 
   Project is at very good location, naturally rich with amazing views
   



2. 
   Amount of open space is so big, that its gives feeling of high end resort(No project has this special feature, I have visited many projects in Neral before buying)
   



3. 
   Building elevation is very high end
   



4. 
   Has been developed as integrated township, it has concrete internal roads, it own STP, WTP, rain water harvesting pits
   



5. 
   They have occupation certificate(OC) of entire phase 1(Came in June 2019)
   

Cons

1. 
   Sometime it is difficult to get customer executive on phone. But they always have been very courteous to me.
   



2. 
   Bank asks a lot of documents for loan sanction, it may take a long time. All banks does this.
   



3. 
   Power cut in Neral, small inverter will be helpful.
   



4. 
   Price is little high(personally I prefer it as I don’t want any tom, dick and harry to buy a flat near me. I prefer to have some economic standard people to be my neighbour.)
   

I have looked at 5 projects in Neral before booking at Olympeo Riverside. I have talked to few residents there before buying it. At that point of time I come to know that project has not got the OC, have issue with drinking water, and have transportation issue as well.

But since I have liked the project so much that I didn’t wanted to take decision based on someone else perception. So I contacted higher authority in the company via mail to understand the real situation. They showed me their OC application which was done in June 2018 and told OC will come by April 2019(which eventually came in June 2019), they also showed me water test report from Thane Municipal Corporation which was drinkable. I put a water purifier in kitchen to be extra safe. For transportation, I was not much worried as we use our car and bike to travel. Though they have shuttle service available till Neral Station. The way high management shared those details, gave me confidence that it is a good and transparent team. So I booked a flat here.

At the time of possession I had some problem, I do encountered some incompetent people there, possession took longer that I have anticipated but being it my second property purchase experience, I know it happens with every builder. Now since I have possession of flat I enjoy being here on weekends.

Amazing project, after few hiccups really satisfied with my purchase.

I was cheated. Very poor management. People have taken possession without OC. No update on OC. Management is non responsiive. Pathetic service staff. Poor maintainance. All the promises made during sales were false.

Nasic issues like potable drinking water not available. No regular suttle service.

Please Dont waste your hard earned money in this project if you don't want to get cheated.

Talk to the people staying in the project you will get the real picture of there falsehood.

Olympeo Riverside is a New project held at neral city . I contact them for a BHK as they said Possession will be given in december and its all phone conversation but I made a visit at raigarh it does not seem that way . Customer service is Average . As construction is going on so they showed us 1BHK on map .

Staff dont let you speak if you start once . But during making deal use Intelligence . Dont show full faith .

Product is 60% completed. But still it needs a lot of work to accomplish so I dont think it will be possessed to me by december . It will surely got delayed . Thatswhy I cancelled deal there.
