Since the area where they reside is located near the slum and the particular hygiene factor is dismissed, it leaves an impression on the buyers that the builder is not so keen at lending the properties at good conditions. This has led to many people to look out for flats outside of the current location.
No idea whether it is agricultutal or residential

We have no idea whether the property on which the land is going to be made is agricultural or residental and we do not want to get involved in something like this.

We cannot use the terrace for our entertainment puprose and this is unfair because we cannot use a common area even though everybody should have equal rights to the common areas.

They are a reputed builder yet they have no proper planning! They do not follow up with their customers and take such a huge time to get back when we have any queries! I have had to pay a late fee because of their ignorant customer service respresentatives.

Ask for a receipt after you have paid the maintenance because the builder took maintenance from us, but denied that he paid the maintenance in front of the society members because of which we had to pay maintenace again! Such a renowed builder doing such things for money, who would have thought!

The buyers are made to pay very high maintenance charges to the builders right since the very beginning and when the buyers introspect the charges in the aftermath, it is seen that despite their own personal use they are charged heavily for club membership fees.

Hi

Okay Plus Group is not a reliable group where we can invest our hard money because the actual honor will never in front of us at the timing of buying only there staff will share the rates or prices with us

After our purchasing or bookings the things are completely different as per our discussion And many time the staff also found changed and the feed back was that that person has left the organization and we have never committed to you for such things

Than we realized that this is not fair with us & That time we are bound to purchase the same which is not as per our requirement because our token money or advance payment has been done to builder

The actual site seen will be different which they are shown in his broushers & catalogs

During booking they promise everything, after that they behave as Maharajas. When you book, pl. read agreement carefully. After completion of project if flat size increase, there must be a limit of extra size  and amount of extra size must be paid as per booking rate only. Okay Plus cheat in this. Before registry they take aishwaryasingh23ment against amenities,  Pl. take care that also.

They charge for club, One time security deposit for maintenance, Lease money. In that, Always . Drop a clause in that, Okay plus will aishwaryasingh23 Interest from aishwaryasingh23ment date to completion of that particular activity.  Also they cheat in Maintenance bills also. No body take cares for resident.
