Hi All,

This is Sujit kumar, one of victim of `NR Infra Developers Pvt Limited`'Narsa Reddy' and Landowner'Baburaj Reddy', I purchased a 2BHK flat in'White Meadows',  Singsandra, Kudlu Gate. While purchasing It was promised to me that OC and Kaveri with 4 Bore well in working condition will be provided to us.  But Neither OC, Nor Kawari water and not even Sufficient Bore well was provided to us. Even Builder had not completed the project(Lift Pending, Gym room Pending, Play Area pending) and stopped working, Even Quality of construction is also very poor, Many flat owner are suffering from water Leakage, water logging etc. I am deeply re-grating after purchasing flat at White Meadows.

Buying before he will give more than 100 promises, but payment clear after he never complete basic works and he is not responding to call's. Every visit 1000 types story's at time we feel so happy, but at the end only we know we are stocked up.

His first project (White Pearl, Kudlu, Bangalore) still not completed since 18 months, many works are pending, not responding to calls.

He is poor quality builder, no work standards and work incomplete builder. Think before buying any property from this builder.

I have purchased a flat from NR Developers project "White Pearl" at Kudlu, Bangalore. The builder by name NarasaReddy, not at all completed the pending this in this site.

The basic amenities which are promised/published in the brochure is not yet finished till today i.e 17th May 2014. We have occupied this apartment from past 1 and half year.

The main drawbacks of this builder-

a) He will not visit the site/project once he receives the full amount from the buyers, through the bank.

b) He will not pickup the calls from the residents of the apartment.

c) We have to meet the builder only at the construction sites.

d) He will give all the false promises (he will say I will finish all the pending things in next 1 month, in that 1 month he will not do any work, if we catch him one more time, he will say same thing.never ending story).

All our hard-earned money he will enjoy, my sincere suggestion to every one, please DON'T BUY any property from this builder. He will cheat.
