This real estate developer cheated us with our registration amount for NOVA NAVARATNAPURI, now being marketed as NOVA RELIABLE SPORTS CITY. We are considering Legal action . Please let us know if anyone else has already filed legal action against NOVA . If more people are being cheated we can form a group to fight against them.

They will force you to pay Rs 5000 as booking charges . They will promise you we will return you the booking charges rs 5000 if you didnt get buy house or plot with us. when you ask for your booking charges they will not return as they promised . They will not tell direct NO, they will tell surly give this week . but wont even care about that . they are really frauds . Dont believe

What is the Square feet rate in Nova altima? They didn't give the possession date. Some of them said that this project is closed. The project floor plan is not clear in the website.please send me the floor plan. There are bad reviews of the project. Please give me the correct location.

I made a call to your office but nobody pick up the phone. Please attend the call to the customer.please tell me what are amenities in this project.

I am very impressed with the Nova Life Space builders because of the surroundings they used to build apartment, design and building process. During the designing stage I had lots of planning and thoughts from Nova Life Space

Immediately I was capable to alter the rooms in accordance with our requirements and also facilitated to fit all our furniture very cheerfully. The entire person in Nova Life Space team is really high standard. I was happy with our new home.

I bought my first home recently from Nova life space and it has been a very pleasant experience. Their floor plans have the best designs and my apartment is really spacious.

The project was always on schedule and the customer support team gave us timely updates and accurate timelines whenever we spoke to them. Construction quality is also outstanding.

My workplace is quite far from my residence which had me face a lot of problems in commuting every day. I was on the lookout for a new residence near my work place. On knowing that Nova Altima has been launched.

I explored online the various amenities being provided by them. I was delighted to know that all the desired facilities were provided by them. All the facilities related to indoor games and gym facilities are truly great.

Nova Life Space are no doubt one of the best builders in Chennai. I wanted to buy an apartment for investment purpose and so needed the best. My friend suggested me to go for Nova altima which I now believe is the true value for money as the facilities as well as the amenities are worth the amount paid.

It has made my family also happy. Shall plan to invest in their other projects in the coming future. Heads up for Nova Life Space
