I have waited like long enough and finally deciding to post my feelings about my flat purchase experience with Nitesh Estates.
Like most I also booked a flat at Nitesh columbus square based on below reasons:
Good location
Flat was almost ready and construction up to last slab was completed.
Nitesh marketing did a good job of convincing me about possesion in early 2014.
At present the information shared by builder is not before June-Sep 2015. Some residents after looking at the development are saying not before 2016.
Well I think thats it, after the last cheque I provided to the builder there has been no developments in the project.
They have even collected water and electricty(PWS) charges for the project.
CRM do not respond to your emails about possession neither do they have the courtesy of talking over the phone and updating us when we call them.
None of us who purchased the flat through builder had the opportunity to see the project status as the security do not let the customers into the premises quoting safety reasons, while most of the builders atleast allow inspection or visit of the premises to see what is the quality of product we are receiving.
People who have purchased the flat through landowners share were lucky enough to visit the flat and updated us about the quality of stuff used.
Project is delayed indefinitely and those who are visiting could hardly see any work happening.
The marketing person at the site readily agrees that is how the project is executed. Nitesh is just launching too many projects in parallel and hardly has a focus on delivery to customers who have been waiting for past 3-5 years. I see there is a new launch by Nitesh every now and then, it is utmost surprising keeping in mind they have delivered not more than two housing projects in Bangalore. Buying a property with Nitesh was a big blunder and I regret my decision.
My friends who have purchased flat at other projects(Hyde Park, Caesars palace, Cape Cod, Columbus Square) are also sharing similar experiences as they hardly see any significant development but are surprised to see new launches in nearby areas.
The buyer community is really unhappy and are totally frustrated with the laid back approach and the delay.
