Thanks mouthshut for providing a platform to air views of disgruntled customers

I came across one such review on the blog spot which I wanted to share. Their tag line seems to be apt sarcastically though! as customers keep expecting more.

Please make informed decisions and don't fall into the trap.I think the builder should address the concerns of it's customers on the war footing

Working near whitefield and live near malleswaram now. I still remember the time when we were deciding about the project to invest in Bangalore.

It was a challenging time.

Now I would say, it was a good move to invest in Nitesh Forest hills four years back as we already observed a decent appreciation for this project. I have been consulting my brother here in bangalore and it looks like we will go for it.

Probably the worst real-estate company in Bangalore.I'm one of their victims of a project. Their CRM is probably the worst one can think of. In all respects, a totally un-ethical company. Also, people like Ashwini Kumar, who are polished outside but totally corrupt and cunning inside.

There are definitely better options in open market. I'm not advertising any company here. But, in my honest opinion, any known company will be a better option than Nitesh. So, as much as possible, stay away from Nitesh.

I have booked a 3bhk flat from nitesh maintaining estates and its was during my travel to India and I opted to choose it because I got some best feedback from my friends.they maintain the good quality in building and provide the flat make it ready with in a span of time they agreed with the sound in quality nature.I experienced best in design and vastu as far with no complaints on the builders.

They have good engineering plan for solar water heaters maintenance and best in class park and swimming pools as primary aspect, and good in service compared to other builders and courtesy towards customer is good and well trained engineers in implementation.

I booked a plot at Nitesh Long Island project in Devnahalli in May 2013. Because of unprofessional, fraudulent practices and no progress in the project I finally cancelled my booking in March 2015. The builder is not refunding the booking amount even after dozens of reminders, phone calls, visit to their office and finally even after serving the legal notice.

The response from them on umpteen reminders is that we will refund in a day or two. They are a fraud and can't be trusted with anything or any project. The project also seem to have legal issues, not many banks have approved it(couple of private banks have approved it and something seems fishy there as well) and the work is not progressing. I am now planning to file a case against them in consumer court to get the refund with damages

Nitesh Estates is by far one of the most successful builders in Bangalore. But that's where the catch lies. The success and all the other buildings have been laid on the money looted from common man. An extremely unethical company with no professionalism either from the CRM or the Finance team.

The rest of the management, of course, is not within anyone's reach. I booked a flat in Nitesh Estates British Columbia last year on the 15th floor. I paid a booking amount of 5.76L and I was told after a few months that they didn't get permissions for that floor.

I didn't want any other flat and so chose to withdraw my application. It's almost been an year and they still haven't given me back my money. This is how they exploit and harass. I would wonder why 5.76L would be such a big deal for them. Even if it is, who cares? It's not their money, so they ought to return it. But principles like those apply for ethical people. People without greed and with right conscience should boycott such builders. It's only a matter of time before you or your children or your parents will meet the same fate.

I think mostly will book one apartment in Nitesh Ceasers palace. Project is close to completion stage and Nitesh people are saying wecan take posesion in the next few months.

Qaulity and elevations is nice and impressive, also good amenities is there for family. Will get papers and speak to my lawyers before I book here, but so far after site visit it looks like best choice in kanakapura area side.

Was looking for a property in and around kanakpura road as I keep visiting AOL Ashram and my parents also like visiting their satsangs regularly.

I found a propert about less than a kilometer away from Nitesh builders caleed Ceasers Palace . Have spoken to the sales person and have asked for Legal papers.

Once my lawyer gives a go ahead, I think I will go ahead with it. It is also close to all required amenities.

I booked  a flat under subvent scheme and I opted for surrendering the apartment.

Now NITESH  tells me that I have to buy, why?I signed on MOU and sale deed.

During getting my signatures, put a later date in the main Sale deed agreement with clause that this supersedes all earlier agreement. so as per that my option of surrendering in  my subvent  was null and void and now I have to take possession. They also defaulted the bank loan which they were supposed to pay and now I am bank's defaulter!

Ramakrishnan is the bxxxxxx!

All praises for this builder are paid. No need to believe these comments, just visit any completed or ongoing site and inquire from the residents, this builder suc*s big time.

Delays and not paying penalty are normal to these guys. Nothing is their fault, fault is always of the buyer/others.

Working with Nitesh Estates is seriously one of trhe best experiences I have had. They provide world class services to all their customers. Customer Satisfaction is their prime concern. I know that some projects are getting delayed.

But I would like to say only one thing, this is real estates guyz. real estate is not just a single person or single company. It involves millions of people in that. Even if one among them delays  a single procedure also, the entire process is influenced by that. And seriously I think waiting some time for our dreams house is going to be fruitful only because Nitesh estates is  a company which has their customers satisfaction as their biggest priority.

I too have done businees with Nitesh Estates as well. But I must say that they are exceptionally good at what they do. I am talking about their project Nitesh Rio. Nitesh Rio premium plots are situated in "Upper Jayanagar", located on Kanakapura Road, in the heart of South Bangalore’s fastest growing neighborhood. Spread over a 13 acre gated community Nitesh Rio offers easy access to your favourite weekend getaways.

This project have extensive planting in parks and open spaces with Children’s play area, dribbling basketball court, pavilions, senior citizens park, open air theaters as part of outdoor amenities will be provided. Well planned street lights will be provided for the entire layout.I am really satisfied with the services they provided me with. I will definitely recommend them foe my friends and family.

I have waited like long enough and finally deciding to post my feelings about my flat purchase experience with Nitesh Estates.

Like most I also booked a flat at Nitesh columbus square based on below reasons:

  1. Good location

  2. Flat was almost ready and construction up to last slab was completed.

Nitesh marketing did a good job of convincing me about possesion in early 2014.

At present the information shared by builder is not before June-Sep 2015. Some residents after looking at the development are saying not before 2016.

Well I think thats it, after the last cheque I provided to the builder there has been no developments in the project.

They have even collected water and electricty(PWS) charges for the project.

CRM do not respond to your emails about possession neither do they have the courtesy of talking over the phone and updating us when we call them.

None of us who purchased the flat through builder had the opportunity to see the project status as the security do not let the customers into the premises quoting safety reasons, while most of the builders atleast allow inspection or visit of the premises to see what is the quality of product we are receiving.

People who have purchased the flat through landowners share were lucky enough to visit the flat and updated us about the quality of stuff used.

Project is delayed indefinitely and those who are visiting could hardly see any work happening.

The marketing person at the site readily agrees that is how the project is executed. Nitesh is just launching too many projects in parallel and hardly has a focus on delivery to customers who have been waiting for past 3-5 years. I see there is a new launch by Nitesh every now and then, it is utmost surprising keeping in mind they have delivered not more than two housing projects in Bangalore. Buying a property with Nitesh was a big blunder and I regret my decision.

My friends who have purchased flat at other projects(Hyde Park, Caesars palace, Cape Cod, Columbus Square) are also sharing similar experiences as they hardly see any significant development but are surprised to see new launches in nearby areas.

The buyer community is really unhappy and are totally frustrated with the laid back approach and the delay.

Go with this company if you are ready to wait 5-10 years for possession. If you need proof, read the horror customer stories online or go visit their ongoing projects originally promised for completion 3 years back. I purchased in Nitesh Columbus Sqaure and easily the worst decision ever.

Bad after sales, no transparency and rude staff once you sign on the dotted line.

This is for Rahul. If you are planning to book flat in Nitesh Estates Chelsea then it’s a profitable decision for you.

The Project has been launched and is open for booking. The best thing about this project is its location, it is located near Bangalore IT corridor and it is on NH 7, great surrounding and proper security. It’s really worth investing for you. Wish you luck for your booking.

I’m interested in buying a 3-BHK in Nitesh Forest Hill because of its high quality of construction and am ready to move at this point of time. I went to have a look into the apartments and just felt home-like at the place. The surrounding was mesmerizing from my point of view.

I liked the place and the apartment a lot, but before buying, I just wanted to know how is the water facility at this place – Kadukudi- Any idea on the future prosperity of this place.Though there are lots of apartments coming up in this area.

Nitesh hyde park offers unique architecture and is surrounded by landscaped greens.the best thing is that it is strategically located and enjoys proximity to fortis and apollo, iim-bangalore, shoppers stop and other malls.

Reliance mart is about 1.5 km away and bgs national school and padma sheshadri school are 2 to 3 km away.it is the best option in bangalore as far as luxury homes are concerned at low rates in my point of view.
