Nest Infratech, Cochin based builder contacted me and informed that they are going to start a new project named MOSIAC, just opposite to the Infosys building in Trivandrum. Nest Infratech Director&CEO, F.M.SHAMIER MARICKAR confirmed that the work will be started in June 2015 and will be completed by December 2017. Since these date was very much aligned with my requirement I decided to go ahead with this apartment.
When I checked for the approval letters from the authority, CEO informed that everything is submitted to the authorities and they are awaiting for the letters in one month time. They shared floor plans and elevation of the proposed project and they assured that if there is any delay in completing the project by December 2017, they are ready to pay me the interest for the amount paid. All these communications are done, through the mail and I have the mail proof of the same.
Trusting the CEO, I paid Rs 10 Lakhs as the booking amount to the builders account on April 2015.
I contacted them again on June about the status of the work and approval letters, they assured me that “the approvals are ready and work will be started in next week”. After that whenever I call to check work progress they used to tell the same message for several months.
But till date they haven't started any work. They stopped attending my calls and mails to answer regarding the project. They are not even ready to refund the amount that I have paid.
So this is my request to all apartment hunter NOT to but any proprieties from Nest Infratech. They are experts in cheating common man offering projects at cheaper rates.
