One of the Nebula company sales agent contacted me in May’2018, and he was proposed the Flats CW1-1404&1405(1214sft 2BHK=607sft 1BHK+607sft 1BHK) property to sell for the price of both Flats are Rs.36, 71, 866 and possession date as Jun-2020. He said these Flats are already allotted to another owner name, for the transfer you have to pay good will as Rs.2, 20, 000. Finally I believed this cheater and paid Rs.2, 20, 000 to him on 21st May, 2018, and he was strongly said you will get the document within a week, and suggested to go for Home loan processing.
I am continually following up with him and after one month, he was not even answering any calls only sometimes responding my messages, and sending messages as saying that you have to wait don't irritate to ask again, and saying different reasons
Due to the System Upgrade this could take time 2 to 3 weeks, Due to Nebula chairman's father passed away this could take another 2 weeks.etc.,
and after two and half months, I got a call from Vikram(Manager Admin Operations - Nebula) on 27th Jul, 2018 that your transfer cannot be processed, for that reason not allotting the plot, regarding the Rs.2, 20, 000 this is outside our concern.
cheater not responding my calls and sent a message that this will not done and we will return your money back, I was keep on asking, but that cheater said that don't irritate otherwise we will not return your money, several requests at last back my money, but I lost my time and appreciation.
and came to know that the possession date in the sale of agreement as 60 months, and cheating in the name of transfers, lot of false commitments like this, so please do not fall into this kind of trap and don't waste your hard earned money and time.
