NCC has fooled inverstors by not revealling the pending litigation in OS 422/2007 on the land. No wonder they are selling at such affordable price to gulible investors. I came to know from the half page public notice in color in Times of India about it.

Elegant and breath taking view from few towers. Spacious flats but too small swimming pool to accommodate 1317 flats.

Don’t judge a book by it's cover works so well for this building! Although it looks lovely from outside; it is not made well on the inside. There are so many cracks and so much bad finishing at other places! I did not expect this from a renowed builder.

This is majorly due to lack of successful accommodation for the slums due to hard and fast government rules and that has been consistently worsening the situations.
