Worst Self Owned Company to Work

Review on Nayeli Construction Teesta Apartment, New Town, Kolkata

I'll mention why one shouldn't join this company at any cost.

1. You can't find any information about this company anywhere. This is a self owned company. They don't even have any board/hoarding/anything by the name of their company.

   
   




2. Every person of the owner's family, who have a PAN no, is registered with a company name. You'll find atleast 5/6 registered entities while working here. They're just earning by tax-fraud.

   
   




3. Basic work hour is 9 hours but that's on paper. Most of the days one have to work 10+ hours.

   
   




4. No safety gears provided. Company won't take any responsibility if anything happens on site.

   
   




5. If you join for 20k Salary, Eventually you'll get maximum 16-17k. Their HR/Accountant is an asshl.

   
   




6. Only 3 holidays in a month. No medical leave. Also, you've to submit an application for every holidays you want, Even for those 3.

   
   




7. Their "Madam" thinks, you owes to her. She act like, she is doing a favour by recruiting you.

   
   




8. No credit authority will acknowledge this company.

   
   




9. No exact salary date.

   
   




10. Office peoples will treat you like a labour. They'll barely respect you.

    
    




11. If you work without complaining and suck their Dick, only then you can fit here.

    
    




12. 3 late counts as 1 Absent. Even 30 seconds late will provide you Red mark.

    
    




13. They don't follow government implemented rules in construction but will find tons of unnecessary office rules made by their "Madam".

    
    

There is many more. Save yourself from this "Leech". Join somewhere else.
