We were given the option of choosing no emi until handing over.. The flat is not handed over yet but they have stopped the no emi option.. so many stories cooked up.. every time we ask they say it’s under discussion.. this has been going on for the 3rd month now.. Come this month they owe a hefty 1.3L.. which they are not ready to give.. “DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ZERO EMI PROMISE” it is totally fake.
