A cheat untrustworthy builder who never delivers

I am the unfortunate owner in one of the projects of this 3rd class builder. The project was supposed to be delivered by December 2016 and it is still not finished. The completion and mutation of the project is still not done and on top of that Builder is creating unauthorized construction in common areas. Lifts are 3rd class, basement garage has water logging and the officials of the builder are uncooperative. AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY ANY FLAT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will over promise and NEVER DELIVER. I would give them Minus 5 but unfortunately there is no such option so giving 1 star.
