Visited this plotting site and was on the verge of finalizing one,but later on researching online found out there RERA No. P52100026636 which they never gave saying that they did not make any brochures because of covid . With these rera no found that THEY HAVE MULTILE LITIGATIONS GOING ON INCLUDING ONE IN BOMBAY HIGH COURT.later on I realized that there work is also not going on probably because of the same.Not going to take it even if its for free ,no thank you. Pl. Its the time of rera and transparency dont hide facts.saved.thank you rera
