Project no doubt it's good and 6years old but still unsold, we are above to finalize 3bhk but when we met few Owners non of them r happy with the service. Even sales team talks unnecessarily & lengthy conversation. Too many better projects to get in same location. Some mallu sales guy he completely changed his tongue sounds unprofessional when I said I am not interested which made me hurt.. It's customer choice..better be professional.
