Many of the developers have started focussing towards the profit-first approach and it is this approach that is actually implemented on the anti-thesis of what low-cost housing scheme was. This has led to low scale of low cost housing been made available to many.

It takes a lot of time to travel from this place because it is a remote area and there are no rickshaws that come here.

We did not get the amenities and the facilities that they promised us we would get, which is why I feel cheated because I did not get my money's worth!

There have been more than 15 breakdowns in less than a year at this place and it is just not worth staying at this place so I would say that you avoid staying at this property because they have used poor quality construction materials.
Small carpet area.

The carpet area of this place is very small compared to the normal varpet area and I felt that this place is not worth it.
A delay in possession.

They did not pay us the interest that was due to us because of the delay that they made in possession and since it is what they are supposed to do by law, it is quite horrible that they did not do it.
