Highly unprofessional team of Monarch Aqua

This can be the worst ever experience one can have while visiting the project

Once you enter the property there are hardly anyone to assist you as they don't have a proper marketing team (probably they thought of not funding for a skilled marketing team)

There is no one who can answer your questions clearly at any point, they themselves are confused when you ask anything about the property

No proper brochure or even a sheet of paper where you can refer to about the price breakup/property

The overconfidence level is high, maybe the location gives it to them, but if you are planning to invest in this property just be assured that there will be no one to properly assist you in any of your queries. The marketing or whosoever guys don't even know what to talk about the property.

The employees were also strutting around with one laptop among all the customers.

Also, Lake view?!! :D
