I had taken an apartment at Mohan Willows back in 2018, and since then I have painted my house every year, just because, of all the cracks and leakages which appears every year . Thought it gets repaired(cracks & leakages) every year by the builder, but there is no permanent solution to it.

It is the worst construction which I have come across(attached images are the actual images).

Water is the major concern along with leakage from bathroom flooring. People are getting water every alternate day. Its better to invest money in some other project.

MOHAN GROUP is DISHONEST, CROOK in the terms of COMMITMENTS. in PHASE 4 Kingston in Mohan Suburbia he shown 3 sliding for glass doors. but while possession he gave 2 sliding to all Flats for saving his cost also changes in some small-small things for cost cut. I also saw sooo many leakages and unprofessional silly woks in Nano Estate ans in some other Suburbia projects. After complaint to Managers & Directors in meeting and they give silly and lame excuses. They even didn't reply to Email.

They treat consumer as a mutton head.

Kindly don't buy, the construction quality is worst, due to poor construction quality many flats are leaking and some in some flats ceiling came down pls enquire with the residence who already purchased the flats they will tell the truth - It's not Mohan suburbia it's Mohan zopadpatti.

NEVER STAND ON FLAT POSSESSION DATE AND TRYING TO BLAME CUSTOMER DELAY BECAUSE OF BUYER NOT BY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.

Mohan nano possession date as per agreement was dec 2018 but builder failed to give possession on that date. When we asked regarding it to executives they gives unsatisfactory answers.According to agreement if builder failed to give possession on said date then he must pay whole amount with interest to flat owner but on this clause mohan excutives give some unsatisfied answers. If any member who already purchased home in nano dont pay 18 months maintenace to builder if he is not paying to you late fine of late possession.

Mohan Builders is one of the reputed Builder in Navi Mumbai.The construction is very good.They have got very good projects in Navi Mumbai area.The location they choose for the project is very serene and calm.Besides flats, they provide with world class amenities like club house, gymnasium, swimming pool, childrens park etc.Inside the premises of Mohan group, is a welcoming ambience which attracts people living in the busy area of Mumbai.Its a home away from home providing a refreshing atmosphere from the busy life.

Talking about builders and developers, mohan group is one of the best builders in the mumbai, thane and navi mumbai. With the projects in ambernath, badlapur, kalyan, and thane, mohan group is doing very good.

Started in mumbai, mohan group now has many projects in the suburbs, one of the projects is mohan waters edge. It is one of the best project near apti river in ambernath. also mohan suburbia project which is around 3000 flats and amenities like schools hospitals gym has take the real estate industry to a new heights.

Affordable pricing and polite staff deals very well with customers. There are wide variety of flats available with them. as per the requirement of the customers. I recently went to inquire about some 1 bhk along with my brother.

Many of the projects are flooded with bookings because of the quality of the constructions and the designed looks like united kingdoms archietecture. In the suburbs of thane, they are giving a rate of below 4500 which is very good.

so overall, it is best deal to have a flat in mohan group.
