Decent place to work with this organisation. The staff and management of this organisation are quite helpful and supportive towards their employees. Pros

I worked for 7 years in this company. Based on my personal experience, all I can say about modi builders is that as a company what they offers its employees is truly worth appreciation. Working environment is the best asset of the company.

Cons

Less number of paid leaves. Overall modi builders company is good.

Advice to Management.Needs to increase the number of paid leaves for employees( specially in case of emergency cases)."The salary hike and appraisals are quite good"

The construction material used by modi builders is of best quality. After I booked modi's harmony homes, I visited the construction sites regularly and monitored the whole process.

The best part about the builders is that they make a lot of efforts to maximize customer satisfaction. All the features of the project are pretty good and pocket friendly too. I am so glad that I finally found what exactly I was looking for.If you are looking for a home in hyderabad, you can opt for this builder. The project seems good in terms of investment purpose too. Moreover, nowadays hyderabad is preferable over delhi and mumbai in terms of good location.

Modi builders is indeed one of the most reliable construction companies in hyderabad. My search for an ideal residential apartment finally ended.

Modi builders provided me all under one roof. All the features of the paradise project are up to the mark. The cost of modi's project fits in my budget and  easy connectivity of its location is a plus factor . If anyone looking for a home than I would recommend to go for modi builders. I think modi's projects are pretty in terms of investment purpose also.

I booked a flat in residential apartment by modi builders. All the features of the project are up to the mark. It is exactly what I was looking for.Sunshine park features all the basic facilities like gardens, bank/atm, health facilities and many more. Based on my home buying experience with modi builders, I can say that it is one of the most upright and reliable companies for sure. I booked a 2 bhk apartment in their harmony homes. All the procedures were completely hassle-free and the developers addressed all my concerns with patience. The features and amenities are quite satisfactory.

Modi builders launching their new projects in Hyderabad its a totally fake news guyss. do not any flat from this builder as it will cost alot. they will tricky trap your money once and will block you from the contacts. the promise and the publishing all is literally fake of this company.

I am telling you plz do not buy or sell any flat from this builder they will never live up to your expectation as well as their commitment.

Being the first time I have built a home from modi builder, they made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable.

The whole team at Modi Builder all very helpful and know their product. The build process was easy and well managed keeping me up to date with the process along the way. I now wouldn't hesitate to build again one day.We highly recommend their services. The team is very powerful and well behaved.So far, overall is very nice.!
