My suggestion is don't go with modi builders, specially Emerald heights pocharam .unfortunately I was taken a Flat in B block and from day one they have created nonsense on different different things..like handover dates , improper plumber work, Tiles not fixed properly, Water leakages in wash rooms etc ... even after one year they have not done internal wiring for DTH and Broadband .. just they forgot to lay internal pipes initially itself ... now they're showing blank faces , they are very much interesting in collecting maintenance amount but no one will take care of you after payment. Staff will work like central govt employees... Think twice before joining with Modi Builders.

Modi Paradise Homes Flat is too good. We have all luxury available in it. This Flats location is too good centrally located. I am going recently. Modi Builders take on housing projects on a larger scale. This is the one of the best builders in india . I expect of Modi Builders I got a vaasthu shastra house. Facilities of swimming pool and gym is really helping in house members. One of my relativesis living in the splendour apartments by Modi builders.

The project is very economical in comparison to the abundant facilities offered by them. The house is very spacious and balconies are reasonably big. It is a great project to buy a house. And I am happy to found the builders like Modi Builders and they even know how to deal with the client.

I bought an apartment in Paradise Homes and I am very satisfied with it. The house is vastu compliant, which is a very big relief for me as I am a beliver. My 3BHK is very spacious with big rooms and attached balconies are big as well. Overall, good house.

Bought a home in Paradise Homes from Modi Builders. Was very satisfied with the services and the kind of customer handling they have. Also, the house is well-built. Spacious and with ample amenities, my house is what I always dreamt of. The apartment has all the facilities like electricity and water 24 X 7. Also, the parks, roads are well maintained. There are malls and markets nearby so living there is a god decision.

One of my relatives is living in the splendour apartments by modi builders. I also recently booked a house in the emerald heights by them as the location was suitable to me. The facilities that they provide are excellent in all their projects. I love the fact that I will not have to put a lot of efforts to go to the gym daily as it is just in the locality. It is good to live in a pollution free area. Also the security arrangement here is provided the best.

In my hunt to buy a home I had considered around three projects of modi builders in my ideal locations. Finally I ended up buying an apartment in sunshine park. The location of the apartment was perfect as per my requirements. The gym in the locality is well designed and with latest machines. In fact, facilities in the apartment are helpful for me.

Modi builders is a great construction company. I buyed a house in the sunshine park build by them 2 years back. The locality is very green and clean. Very healthy environment to live in. The interiors of the house are also beautiful and nicely designed. The location is great as lot of facilities are available here.

Because of Modi Builders I got a vaasthu shastra house. My house is in the mayflower park and the location is great.Its so much peaceful around and so many food outlets are there. Facilities of swimming pool and gym is really helping me a lot. Inside the house there is a lot of space and it’s beautifully build. It is also really safe coz security guards are always there and the CCTV is also available. It is very clean and healthy place to live in. I am so much loving my new house.

Hai freinds, Modi Builders is one of the good constructions in hyderabad. I am much impressed with modi constructions. I know about Silver Spring which is constructed by Modi Builders from last 10 years. Rooms are very spacious and very well constructed as per vasthu and they are providing ac Gym, swimming pool and tennis court . Full security for residents. Some time ago we were facing water problem but now everything is nice. Nothing is 100% better

We can trust on Modi Builders.

"No one is perfect" is a correct saying. But people who accept that and started working on improving things rather than just giving excuses are great people and deserve respect. Just like that we were having some issues from the builders but they listen our issues and worked on them. Management are too much supportive.

This is the most worst construction company ever with poor quality standards and brainless idiot. pls dont buy in their projects. its totally waste of ur money and they dont even respond for ur problems atall. review by personal experience. pls dont buy. all of them are brainless idiots only. they never and ever maintain quality in their lifetime and their projects just look lyk hell. pls dont waste ur money in investing in this bullshit company projects.

1 star is also waste for them, if there is a 0 star rating I would have given them that. We have purchased a flat with this builders. During our plan to purchase they were very interactive and helpful but once after purchasing it and when registration is completed they said that they will be handing over the flat with works completed in 3 months. From beginning we explained our situation to the management of how high importance and urgency of the house many times but because of their stupid reasons they stopped all works and they are not allowing to do any work. They wont even respond to emails or phones properly. Very rude, impolite and irresponsible management. Dont buy even a brick from them. Not at all a good company. worst experience ever.

Initially, I thought my budget won’t suit their prices, but after talking to their experts I felt very happy as their quote was well in my budget. Varied needs are addressed as per customer’s choices and interests. Completion of high-tech projects adhering to the guidelines accurately is their forte. The interior designs are contemporary too. I have got my home in a very well maintained society which was really unexpected and also in my budget too.

List of best projects which I know are harmony Homes, Lotus Homes, and emerald heights. Thing which differentiate modi builders from other builders is the facilities this builders offered in given amount. I ensure you, one must want to work with Modi Builders. As I am also one of them who want to work with modi builders for a measurable time period. This is beacuse of very cool environment of work without any work pressure load.

We get incentives monthly those are like bonus, we had parties with them, we get appropriate holidays that increases our work effectiveness. We have flexibility of 9 hour shift no boundation to come at 8 or 9 in morning. Policies of the company are in the favor of employees. I am going to get married in next 15 days. Because of my marriage it is obvious I have to take leaves for so many reasons. My colleague and management are too good. As management providing me leaves. And colleagues handling my projects in absence of me. Truely it’s a team work based company. I am feeling so light and tension free, because of such wonderful team mates I can enjoy these days. I am so much thankful to all the members of my organisation. Thank you everyone.

I have visited so many property dealers. They showed me very good projects. but everyone has some faults like some do not have good front, some do not have that much good lobby, some don have appropriate spaced rooms. after a complete hectic day everyone desire to rest peacefully at their sweet home. At one place I found one of my dream home. After a visit to Emerald heights model house, my search for looking out a perfect home reaches to an end. its a complete package in one. All the employees related policies and the working environment of the company make me extremely happy with my decision of working here. If anyone looking for a home than I would recommend to go for modi builders. I think modi’s projects are pretty in terms of investment purpose also.

This is the one of the best buiders in india but now a days it is not good for vonstruction they will not build houses with quailty material they should use higly setting of cement should be in paste no one is using good quality of cement they use good sand and water in.

The ratio of 2: 1 but no cement is good for us so please yse this type of cement for construction in thos working every one not ready to use this type of cement cannot be used gpr construction dont use this type of cement for this way we can say modi builders are not good.

I booked one residence for me at silver springs block b. I am happy with the paper work, all the legal formalities are described properly in papers. Material used in construction are also satisfactory. As a customer I satisfied with dealing and services of builder. Site is comfortable for me, roads connected with silver spring are broads. Public facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, recreational areas and parks are so  nearer.

My residence is emerald heights. I presented this apartment as a surprise to my wife when she came in my life as my better half. Its around one year we are staying here restfully. We have all Amenities and maintenance of gardening, cleaning of swimming pool all things are on time. Or at least in a month all care has been taken by staff assigned by modi builders. These apartments are meant for happy life peaceful and restful stay.
