VERY POOR MAINTENANCE. NOT HANDED OVER GYMNASIUM YET. NO GENERATOR PROVIDED FOR A 16 FLOOR BUILDING. NO CCTV IN PODIUM, LIFT AND EXISTING CCTV NOT WORKING. BUILDER HAS COLLECTED MONEY FOR PROPERTY TAX BUT NOT PAID TO MCGM. MAILS/CALLS TO BUILDER ARE NEVER ANSWERED. PIPES IN BATHROOMS ARE LEAKING IN A 2 YEAR OLD BUILDING. BUILDER HAS COLLECTED MONEY FOR MGL AND SOCIETY FORMATION, 2 YEARS BACK AND HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING YET. PEOPLE AT SITE ARE NOT RESPONDING. BUYERS BEWARE
