Overall this project is good. I have also recommended this project to my friends.Initially we did group booking.And we got great Discount. This project is amazing and we liked the quality and the Infrastructure and view is also very good.

Location is the main attraction- All IT companies and School &Upcoming metro lane is well connected.

Thanks to MJR Builders for the lovely project. The team is been very friendly & and polite. We need not break our head for any documentation. This builder did not made us feel, we are new to Bangalore.Before booking we did lots of research with other near by projects but we fixed our mind on this MJR Clique.

We dint get any negative thought! OC is also received. If we consider on Appreciation also its good investment for us.

The main attraction is to invest was - Upcoming metro.

I was little confused to go ahead and book my flat, seeing some negative reviews. But I took my risk to invest on this project. No regression - finally I feel I made the right decision investing on clique project. It just attracted me with the design and their quality.

I need not struggle much with documentations. Executive is been very polite and friendly. so we didnt feel any difficulty.

some times we should not break our head towards the reviews we read. but we should believe in actual.

I have been looking for a house in Bangalore south for a very long time until I found MJR Clique project I was very impressed with the apartment design. It was very easy to reach out to them, and they have helped with all the paper work, which is the most difficult part.

These builders lauched a new project on the area that was earmarked for amenities and reduced the amenities space and the open spaces and greenery that they promised us! We paid the money for the peace of mind, greenery and some relaxation and productive time that we will get because of the amenities! It is horrible to get to know that we did not get all of this!

This building looks so good from outside, but the finishing of this place is bad from inside. Cement in falling off at some places. There is a bad odor that comes from the pipelines and drainage system not being well maintained and good!

This place has water shortage, leakage problems and many other problems that you do not want yourself to get into! The builder takes a lot of money compared to what facilites are available!

Do not get involved with these fraudsters by booking a flat with them! They rob you off your money by making false promises and once they get their money, they do not care about the buyers and they keep delaying the possession day, which is terrible!

Banks are located very far away as compared to the previous locations and branches. As a result people find it problematic to have basic access to bank services and instant ATM services. This needs to be catered to in a timely fashion.

The possession was delayed by 1 year! There is no proper society formed even after 3 years. They got the car parking, which is really important done after 2 years! They charge a very high maintenance as well and do not provide the facilities required!

I recommend to get apartments from these people. I bought an apartment 2015 but Project is unintentionally delayedbut builder no where compromised in terms of quality and specs which is promised they deliver the same . The process of purchase also was very sorted as all the work was carried out meticulously by the officials from MJR.

I am the owner of MJR PEARL apartment, it has been two years since I am living in this apartment.

Despite some bad reviews, I am sharing my actual experience with this builder. They have delayed the project, it is true. but the builder never compromised on the quality of the apartment.

At the time of booking they told 2 levels of the clubhouse, but later they delivered 3 levels of the clubhouse, with lift facility. They have shown a small oval-shaped swimming pool during the booking but they delivered almost double sized swimming pool.(Attached photographs)

The overall plan for this apartment is good, with spacious amenities. The builder is very professional and approachable.

Unprofessional and worse rated builder I have ever faced.

Try not to risk your hard earned money with them.

Bad construction quality, infinite delay and if that was not enough . amenities they provided doesn't work. STP non-functional.

If you spend 1 rupee, please assume you will have to spend additional 0.5 rupee to cover for their in-competencies.

I am an owner of an apartment in Whitefield made by MJR Builder. This project is delayed by more than 4 years now and still not sure when it would be 100% complete, if it would ever be. Builder promised many amenities during booking, but actual handover was just the apartment with most of the amenities not built. For example, if they promise 2000 sq. ft gym I the agreement, then would come up with 400 sq ft. after a delay of 4 years with repeated requests from the families staying. They would collect maintenance of 1 year in advance, but only have few security persons and few plumbers in the name of maintenance. Since the amenities won't be built they would not spend a rupee on maintenance of those things, hence purchasers would be cheated heavily. Even for basic amenities like car parking, purchasers have to wait for many years even after paying the full money in advance. After purchasing a property I felt heavily cheated but due to lack of supporting law in India, these kind of builders are outside jail.

I am a flat owner at MJR Pearl and staying there for past 1 year. The project has 416 units spread over 4.2 acre land. Even though construction began on this project in 2013 and builder started giving possession since early 2017, still in 2018 the construction of common amenities has not yet completed. Although construction quality is decent but the builder is highly unprofessional and rude towards customers. They are not ready to fix glaring mistakes in the apartment, starting right from the basement which has flooded several times in the past year. They have defaulted on payments for basic stuff like BWSSB deposits amounting to crores which they have already collected from owners. No provision for borewell or cauvery water has been provided and we are completely dependent on poor quality tanker water which does not come cheap. The apartment is currently maintained by the builder and their service is far from satisfactory. They are very poor in sticking to timelines and promises, evident from the fact that the project completion was due in 2015 but still in 2018 work is in progress. They have even cheated the owners by making them pay property tax for period before possession. None of the owner complains, over email or through personal visit to their office, ever gets resolved and has forced our hand to expose them here.

They delay the projects by as much as 3 years and even post that what gets delivered is a basic shelter and not a home. Amenities not completed in more than a year even after half the people occupied their homes. One of the biggest mistakes of my life to have decided to go with MJR. And to top it all, you get a flooded basement(i guess its better than wonderla) so that you can see your vehicles rust and snakes and scorpions crawl across the premises. Please go and see all their projects and talk to owners to get the feedback. Don't waste your hard earned money. You will feel cheated. 3 years since the promised date and still struggling to get basic amenities like parking and clubhouse up and running. Do due diligence on your part and the decide.

HI guyz, Today I am sharing my experience with the MJR builders banglore . My honnest suggestion is to stay away from these shameless MJR builders . I had purchased a flat in the platina project of MJR . The project started in year 2010 and till now it is not completed . There are a lot of issue at the site .The builder is just like our indian judiciary system who gives next completion dates whenever I go with complaints .If you have enough money to spend and u dont bother of the money then u choose to go with mjr builder but if you want to investment your hardworked money then please dont go with this cheater company .There customer service and staff courtesy is always very cheating and non-cooperative sometimes they talk very rudely and abusive.

They are delaying the project by 6-9 months. But it is worth for the investment and staying purpose because very good amenities, locality and accessibility. Price is not on higher side like what Prestige and other bigger builder quoting for the same. Management is good to help you on various instances and ready to help you for the issues. Neo mall is coming very close to the premise and it will be one of the hot location for staying in the future.

MJR builders are one of the upcoming builders with their strong experience in construction field since several years. There construction quality has improved and promissed to provide good quality for their ongoing projects. MJR PEARL is one of their flagship project and they are yet to finish. Though it's been delayed, it's one of their Marvelous projects with beautiful design and aminities. It appears they make it marveolus by providing what they promised to the customers. we have to wait and see.
