The case had been filed by more than 200 investors and banks, so called financial creditors and home buyers from TVM and Kochi and is in NCLT court and fighting for their apartments since 2018 and no decision had been made in favor. Forensic audit had confirmed that Arun kumar and the land owner had done fraudulent transactions with investors money. if the case goes into liquidation the all will loose the investments " the hard earned money " in millions" and the Frauds will get away with it.
