Hi I am sofiya we bought a 2 bnk flat at urbanrise manhattan condos in june 2021 .They had an offer of gold voucher to the customer who booked flat at that time(as it was COVID period) we booked during the same period and the promised to give a gold coacher of 40k and they noted all the details in the booking form and was signed officially .Sales man Ramesh told thar there will be no changes its compulsory free and it is not subject to any terms and conditions as its a covid period .They agreed for all though the year and, mailed us to detect the amount of 40k in one of the due of the stage payment .later after 3 years now during the handover they are charging this 40k in our final demand letter as we deducted the amount 40k they charged interest for 40k for all this 3 years .now they are stating that the offer for gold voucher has been revoked and said you need to pay . Even sales man confirming there is no chance for cancellation The teams is totally cheating .All people they are giving false promises during booking make us book later according to their wishes they cancel everything . The CRM team Haritha madam is threatening us by saying even we have the right to claim the difference in the sq ft rate I e according to the current market rate per sq feet .then what is the use of construction agreement .The CRM staff Haritha is very Rude to all customer ans she doesn't give any logical answer based on the question we ask .she create big drama by saying some other stories & disconnect the call even if we face so much difficulties with the whole team work.


so please aware of Urbanrise team before booking flat .they always give false promises and treat their customer very rudely . I came to know many customer are negative feedback against the CRM team
