Every commitment made at the time of Booking proved false. After taking money, no one will receive your call, neither reply to your emails / Letters and you will run behind them. Employee behaviour is very Bad, they have only one answer to all your problems ‘JUST GO TO RERA’.

I bought in MIGSUN KIAAN, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. At Booking Time, Infinity Swimming pool on Terrace was promised but now, even there is no Swimming pool at all. Completion was committed for October, 2022 but even in January, 2024, there is no hope of Possession in near future.

If this Builder have made any commitment of Discount at the time of possession or Gift item, be sure that it will not be fulfilled because at the time of Possession you will pray to God, to get the Flat in any condition.

And for Quality, don’t ask, Just come and See at MIGSUN KIAAN Flats(Other Than Sample Flats)
