Sub standard luxury

Review on Microtek Greenburg, Sector 86, Gurgaon

If you look at Microtek as luxury please forget it. Their responsibility is only for selling the apartment. After that, there will be so many issues and no one will ever care to. The way the project team talks, maintenance teams talk it is absolutely like they have done a favor to you by giving you a flat. They do not have any manners to talk after the flat is being sold. Their flats have seepage issues, electrical wiring is sub-standard and they claim that you are living in a luxury lifestyle. The 2 rating that I have given is because of their green area and clubhouse.
