Microtek Greenburg .. a fake and fail product

Review on Microtek Greenburg, Sector 86, Gurgaon

I bought a unit and living for 4 months, A much promised product from microtek, the management is going to face a fate like ansals or ireo. Quality issue, no knowledge of civil project and basking in family fortune glory, the egoistic and dictator approach of builder is giving way to any nasty thing to happen anyday in society. Seepage, pipe failures every fortnight, washroom unusable for half of day in summer due to insulation failure, maintenance company being a puppet of builder is giving rise to unpleasant atmosphere within residents. Services compromised and fake promises done for selling, now builder is failing on every front, and they are trying to tweak the system in their interest. The project is un-finished and noise is like a mechanical workshop / factory, continuous drilling and hammering all around.

Buyers - keep away from this project, the work is so shabby that brick and mortar is falling in living area. The confrontation between residents and management including police is going to be common now.

The so called luxury project is like mechanical workshop , , the builder tweak rules for his benefit and the drilling and hammering noise continue since 9 AM , all seven day inspite of several rules in place. I m working out to slap-back their proper...ty in their , as its a case of deceive and fraud in name of luxury living. The company is in inverter business mode and trying to run away after selling and blaming battery / mains supply issues for all of their faults like in inverter business, same way they had selected a maintenance company (Colliers) and every blame is passed on them.
