Group of s junk people you can ever find. They have cheated around 400 families by giving a false promise. CRM Team is the worst ever set of people. No respect for customers at all. No communication. It is completely inhumane not to stand on words. No handovers and occupancy even after 6months of delay.

I had purchased one 2 BHK in Greenmark Galaxy and I really enjoy interacting with Greenmark Team. Very good team with customer centric approach and they have lots of patience. The facilities what they are providing at the price what they sold its really worth the money what we spend with this builder.

Their work is simply superb and the quality aspect is reallly really good.

Hello guys.

Better not invest your hard earned money here- they say ultra luxury but not even met stand alone apartment fixture/tiles quality.

they do not even reply to your email / changes mobile numbers frequently - no written communication/meetings. delivery date will be changing every day.

A big time cheaters.

maintenance charges are very very high like my home or equivalent.

Think twice before coming here.

I worked as a channel partner.

It has been 5 months now

They did not release my payment

The most worst people i ever came across are

Amar and Nirav

I dont know

Who is the stupid owner of this group.

He doesnt even have common sense to release the payments

Even though client has been sectioned bank loan 5 months back..

Still my payment is pending

I will not suggest anyone to deal with this group to any channel partner or client.

I took handover of my flat yesterday. A small glitch noted in the door lock and they got it rectified then and there. Kudos fo the team for the smooth handover. I recommend Greenmark homes.

Firstly, I was happy with the price I bought my flat from Greenmark Developers, cause the price gone high tremendously. I felt bad when I invested with Greenmark, but now after seeing the present price and my apartment I was very happy. Last week they dispensed my falt. I strongly feel that investing with Greenmark will never disappoint anybody especially with the price they sell it for. Appreciate Greenmark company along with their.sale and CRM team.Cheers!

I live in Switzerland and took a flat in Galaxy on recommendation from one of my friend. I never saw the property till the handover. There were some misconceptions initially but perfectly happy after handover. The problems with initial social media groups are, few people get confused and also confuse majority of the people. Overall I got my flat as promised and happy. Good investment for my hard earned money. I certinly recommend Greenmark and wish them all the best for there future projects. One problem is the approach road which GHMC is neglecting to clean the rubbish. It will be helpful if the builder puts some pressure on GHMC.

I contradict people who have written negative about this project saying handovers not happening. Happy customer of Greenmark and Galaxy Apartments. Bought my flat in mid 2017 and flat got handover last month end and did my Pooja. Very smooth handover from the team. Probably this is one of the best projects in Kondapur considering the price I got it for. Im starting my interiors and very excited to start my living here in couple of months. Genuine people who are going to live in the project never write negative comments online because none want to burn there investment. I request to restrain writing bad reviews about a good project.
