Review on Mayfair Apartments, Tellapur, Hyderabad

TV Rao scam & green mark scam. We have paid 5.5 years back for Bhelmayfair villa and still not handovered. Since last 1.5 years all drama. Keep on extends. We paid all money but no handover. Office persons no clue on when they are going to give. Using name BHEL these guys were doing scam. Huge money these guys getting from interest.

Only good thing I can say is. At least construction is over and definitely will occupy in couple of months.

For new buyers in other ventures where This TVRao or other BHELfrauds and Greenmark developers construction is completely fraud. Think whether u can wait minimum 6+years for ur house then go with them. Don’t believe their promises.
