Recently I was looking to buy for 3bhk flat in Central Noida ..I have come across these observations

1- if the flat is not registered than owner saying he would pay the transfer charges is misguiding

2- Noida authority is checking the first buyer . If you are not that endorsement registery means govt is not given registered amoilunt by first buyer..this is one of the reasons of inventory hangup in Noida..

3- investers are not willing to first get the flat to register and this builders is seeing this an one of the option to recover some money.

4- my conclusion is one should go for register flat buy or direct from builder to avoid this unknown amount which can be in tune of 4-5 lacks for 70 lac 3bhk flat...

I was promised possession in 2 years in 2014 but I still have nothing in my hand such a use less builder. They will keep giving new dates and also the staff is very sarcastic and unapologetic that they would keep laughing at you. They have two MD, s Mrityunjaya and Sandeep, they are very very rude that they actually threatens you with some local politicians help and a local Gujjar goon.

Today, who doesn't have this dream of buying a flat in Delhi NCR but Guys, as we all know that in present scenario, buying a flat is not an issue, buying a right one surely is.

I was in search of flat myself and after doing all the research work I finally managed to find a right choice i.e. a right society in a perfect place along with the best present and upcoming connectivity at a stone throw distance from my society. In a nutshell I landed in right hands.
