Recently I was looking to buy for 3bhk flat in Central Noida ..I have come across these observations


1- if the flat is not registered than owner saying he would pay the transfer charges is misguiding


2- Noida authority is checking the first buyer . If you are not that endorsement registery means govt is not given registered amoilunt by first buyer..this is one of the reasons of inventory hangup in Noida..


3- investers are not willing to first get the flat to register and this builders is seeing this an one of the option to recover some money.


4- my conclusion is one should go for register flat buy or direct from builder to avoid this unknown amount which can be in tune of 4-5 lacks for 70 lac 3bhk flat...
