On agreement they have promised to give position in December 2018 and we got position on 1st week of November 2018,
and already people start living at Marvel Ideal Spacio,

Dear Mr. Vitthal, Pradip & Team;
First reply my below query you still have left my questions unanswered and please be understand I will not bear a single RS. Hope I m clear this totally your and your team fault so its better don’t try to be smart here . My house damage caused due to bursting of solar pipes. Its clear if you have any thing to discuss lets meet in MARVEL OFFICE with ANAND AND MR KARTIK. I will come with my family and with my neighbors. You guys are pushing me take some serious action by hiding the truth.
1: You sent me pictures thanks but if this hole is pre-existing – then how come not a single drop of water come in from there in the last Monsoon and also this monsoon. If the hole was there, then obviously water should have come in during rains?
2: Did the electricians of 1202/1201 also leave a HOLE for water to come in.
3: Did the electrician of 8th floor flats also drill holes from there to the 13th floor?
Due to the Solar Water pipes cracking, almost all houses in building were flooded with water. It was not small leakage, but it was flooding.
You choosing to ignore my above questions clearly demonstrates that the water entered only and only when your Solar pipes cracked. So it is Marvel who is responsible for the damage caused in my house.
In addition to the automation system, I have suffered damages in excess of Rs.212000 – towards Electrical fittings(except automation), Furniture, Laminates, Wall paint, Chandelier etc. I need marvel to reimburse me for the cost of this damage also.Now tell me when can I get my automation.? Hence it is more than 7 days. Mr. Anand & Mr Karthick, I need your interference in that. Lets have meeting and clear about this issue, hence these people just hiding the fact I can bring all my neighbors who faced this pb on the same day and I was the biggest victim .
If things do not work out, then I will have to contemplate legal action, as Mr. Vitthal is choosing to ignore questions raised by me & only trying to pass the blame(as usual with Marvel realtors).
It seems I did biggest mistake in my life by buying flat in Marvel Fria and taken office in Marvel Edge.

Does not pay the outstanding salary of the ex-employees for long time. Mine not cleared even after 1 year of myself getting released. Have mailed more than dozen times, tried to call uncountable times, but both the CEO Mr. Vishwajeet Jhavar and his HR Team does not responded to it. The CEO is a big fraud and is also cheating its customers. All the projects are extremely delayed. Lenders be cautious, it might be a bad asset for you.

promised possession in 2015, only got one Ground Floor showroom ready for NEXA and rest whole building is under construction
what is RERA doing, are rules only for fools. they are building at their own will, the customers are in Big Losses. who is going to compensate? strict action should be taken on the builder!

WRONG COMMITMENT EVERYWHERE.I DONT THINK SO I WILL GET OFFICE IN NEXT 3 YERS ALSO.

I booked a flat in Marvel Fria phase 2 in June 2016. At the time building P had started construction while the others were  yet to start. I wanted one in the R building but they were awaiting permissions for the other buildings and assured me that it was just a matter of couple of months. Meanwhile they asked me for the token money and reserved it against a flat in P building since their CRM tool could not let them open other buildings for booking.
I paid the money with a note in the booking form that the flat needs to change to building R as soon as the required permissions are secured. 3 months down the line there was no sign of the said permissions so I approached them for cancellation in Oct 2016. They kept assuring me that they will refund the amount next month every time I called. I escalated to their director, Mr Karthick in May 2017. He acknowledged my first 2 calls and has stopped responding since. I have been following up on them to this day with no signs of a refund.
Apart from project delays the builder is also hiding access related issues. There is a dispute in the approach road and the current residents are also at loggerheads with no signs of a resolution.

Initially they made number of promises like they will have a dedicated maintenance team, 24 by 7 water supply, they going to provide pots for plants in terrace and many more. These things they don't mention in agreement even after insisting to do.Later on they did not even bother to look at their false promises. Even after several calls no one came to repair my AC which was provided by them and hardly it was used. Before taking possession, we said them that this building have rats and ask to do something for it but they they deny to accept this fact. Steam bath of my flat is not yet working. They gave possession of flat very late then the proposed date. Overall I would say it again " It is Ridiculous". They stand tall as a Reputed Brand but they don't deserve it.

Numerous Follow ups & Unexpected poor CRM response(Aakriti)
Overall a Bad Choice for Real Estate
We were promised for Aug2016 as our flat handing over time and we are still running pillar to post to get it.
The CRM dont connect you to the senior management and have excuses everytime.
Even VP is not committted to what he says.
A big NO NO to MARVEL to all buyers.

Thinking that Marvel is premium name for property, I bought a 2BHK flat in Marvel Azure in 2012. Just after shifting in the new flat in April 2014, I came though the problem of Bathroom Ceiling Leakage. Water actually drips from many points and the bathroom in not in usable condition. I contacted Marvel Customer Care for this issue may times(I should say thousand times) since then. After repeated requests, they did some patchy work last year rather than solving it properly. Dripping water problem is still there and I have to lock one of the bathroom permanently.
Recently, I called the customer care executive(Shreya) and she said that they will not do it & we have to get it done on our own. On question that than why she made us wait for so long to stay in this condition and now do not want to fulfill what is due to them.
She said that(ye upar se aaya he) and on asking(ye upar se kaun he) she said Deepak. And gave his number(7767816540) who never picks up his call.
We are now in dilemma that what we should do now.

I bought a luxury flat with Marvel in Magarpatta and was very worried with all the the negative comments about the builder.
the flat was delayed in delivery, but the quality of the product more than made up for the loss of time and opportunity. I proudly say I am a Marvel home owner and love my flat and the beautiful landscaping in the project.
although I hope they work with the authorities on the access road and having a temple in the society.

The very fact that every building has a show flat ready to grasp your attention to their projects and make promises to pull out a cheque from your pocket to fund their project.
When the sales person tell you about the wings that are to be developed and how big the society will be, do not trust yet because that depends on the sales they make as fund roll in and they invest for further development of projects which may also get stalled if they are not doing well in market and hence its you who will suffer.
So by tell all the above facts just want to state that no builder is to be trust until unless they are well established in market from years.
Marvel - bad service, bad response, delay everywhere.
