Product Implementation Rate:

Builder took 5 lakhs+ Taxes promised to provide stilt parking but they provided stack(hydraulic upper and lower) and too much maintenance, too much costly and not worth. Maintenance charging Rs.6.50 per sqft on carpet area without any amenities / facilities and cleaning too very bad.
