Marathon realty doing fraud with costumer as not diliver flat within time period always postponed date after full payment , also costumer care department sending demand letter without completion of work..also possession delay by 2-3 yrs .

I requesting to all costumer to not invest ur valuable money with such fraud developer & rude staff & costumer care.
Discrepancies relating to money matters not fulfil

This is one among the most frequently falling problems that many of the builders have not been able to render accounts for maintenance fund collected, corpus money etc. This leads to compounding of the same leading to many frequent misunderstandings on the same topic.
Transportation is a problem.

The area in which this property is built is no good at all and you will have to travel for miles to get some good transportation and that is a huge problem here.

There are many other projects in the vicinity that need a build up since the others in the nearby areas are seen facing tremendous growth with multiple bed room flats in one apartment. Along with this, many of the land areas occupied in the vicinity have been initiated for redevelopment.
Crime threats in the area has been increasing

The current area is not so safe for the people due to past crime records and this has been seen as a concern added up to the safety of the people living in the areas. There is poor gated security to add on to that. Hence the need of security for the gated services that can effectively monitor the people incoming and outgoing is needed.

This leads to delay in receiving the Occupation Certificate for the developer.

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naïve to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

Guys its a very good project if you are loking for investment purpos. I think at buying point of view you can take their proprties because its just started contruction and it is rera approved project and they are claiming that they are providind possation in the month of december 2022. Accordind to me you should go for this property and 1 bhk costing around 65 lac which is ok by bhandup west point of view and it is located around 1.5 km away from bhandup station and the project name is marathon neo homes
