Here building looks good from outside. Construction quality is very bad. Maintenance is very high. Only positive thing is location.

Get here the Mapsko mount ville Floor Plan Well, there is an availability of 3 and 4 BHK flats. The flats are quite nicely arranged according to space and comfort. 3 BHK flats are quite nicely maintained, with three big bedrooms, kitchen, washroom, balcony, and a living room.

This has led to many of the flats lying unsold and it has been seen that the developers are always in the rush to sell these flats and upsell these in the auctions that follow.

Now when the owners need to pay the bills they are out of cash and help.

This is one of the major concerns since many of the real estate flats are not situated any where near by closer to the local railway stations and that has caused some of the major problems. This also increases the commute time to travel and the incurred cost for travelling.

The building looks good only from outside but when you stay here you know about the problems in the internal construction of the building. It is so bad that during the rains there is water dripping from the room of our apartments and there are cracks all over.
