The rental apartments and many of the PG flats that are available at this location is not considered prime since none of the facilities ranging from basic entertainment, food music, travel and commute are very far off and this increases the time and wastage of energy among many.

As a buyer, we should be aware whether the plans have been approved by a competent authority, but whenever we ask to be shown the required approvals and licenses they just keep pushing us away!
No Signs Of Possession

They promised us possession in one year, but it has been four years and there has been no signs of possession! The customer service department is there for no reason because they are surely not helping us!

Basic amenities are not available to suit basic needs. There is lack of conveniences like hangouts and other related provision stores. This is not a suited option to cater to basic requirements. The construction cost is also increasing a lot in the area.

Parking charges taken, parking not allotted, 80, 000 maintenance taken, no details about it while handing over society, mantra management playing dirty games here. Every single house owner is furious. Residents are staging an agitation in sales office for failed promises.

Possession never given on time. Staff is very arrogant and insensitive

Worst Builder. Bought flat 2 years before still parking allotment not done.

Everyday our other flat members go to sales office and protest.

There is problem is parking

Even after two years property tax not changed in owner's name.

Very small amenities but charge like big facility.

I have booked a flat at mantra moments, before booking the sales guy was very cooperative but after booking their language changed drastically. I had been chasing them almost for 6 months to collect documents for the home loan approval. Overall the office staff they call it as a CRM is very rude and non-cooperative. They even do not have manners how to interact with customer. They called you or receive your call only when they want to know the status of disbursement, other time they just do not care. For very small issues like getting the payment receipt I have to chase them for months.

Overall a very bad experience with Mantra.

As we know that Lodha group is very famous in pune city and the one of the best thing which I know about that is service he is very famous in the entire city as a famous builder that is his quality only because of people trust that s must and once I have attended his official party that was great and awsum I am saying bcz I m working real estate and plz don't think that I have got amazing party so I m saying there reason behind my story he is one of the unique builder in the pune who NVR do any nonvage and cocktail party bcz he wants safety of their people who comes in his party.
Extremely delayed possession of Ira, Mantra

I'd booked the flat on Dec 2013 seeing the project is almost 90% completed in one of the properties of Mantra - Ira. Builder had committed the date as Dec 2014. we have now crossed dec 2015 also but till date the builder is not bale to communicate the final possession date. Instead of regular and regressive follow-ups builder is not replying on emails regarding the possession date.

Apart from this we wanted to add additional sockets but the builder is not interested to do it. We’ve been talking to them since we booked the flat. There is no facility / no additional things provided by the builder. All the builders residing in the same vicinity are providing with lots of things but this builder is interested only in taking money and nothing else. Please be cautious and take everything in written if you’re looking to book any flat with Mantra. Also there is lot of false promises done by the builder.

The tiles and the material shown in the show flat is not used actually in the flat. While booking it was communicated by builder that they are going to use the same material which is being used in the show flat.

They are offering upto Rs. 4 lacs worth Home Interior package voucher for booking any of apartment, raw house or shop in Dhanori's project Code name made for me and 29 gold coast. Nice offer by the developer for new customers.

I recently booked a flat in this project by just visiting once and also because of the brand image of mantra.Since the time I have booked the apartment I am getting regular updates from them, they also said this thing at the time of booking that they give regular updates to their customer from starting till the project comes to an end especially when it comes to the approval status. This project have provided most required amenities for residents and good connectivity to nearby important places. Very good project which is upto my expectation.

For all the places I visited in Pune I found this project most suitable for me and my family. This place is quite close to the office and provide very good connectivity to near by utilities and also have good amenities like club house, gym, relaxation zone, good sized apartments that makes this project good for living

Recently I came to know that mantra insignia is launching its new phase. the property is situated at keshavnagar which is a premium location of pune. when I visited there with my family I found that this project covers most of the amenities and facilities as per the requirement. very nice place to reside with family. planning to book a 2Bhk apartment here.

After a lot of research I did on pune Builders, I can say that Mantra Properties is one of the best in Pune in term of project planning, amenities offered and construction quality. As per my recent visit to mantra 24 west by the builder, I found this project is specifically created with customer's point of view. Some of the thing I like about this project is impressive designs, class-apart, apartments, modern recreation avenues, world- class amenities, and the ease of access to all the needs of customers.

Visited mantra 24 west last week looking for 2 bhk apartment, the best thing I liked about this project is that it has designed apartments with green and fresh surrounding, it also have all the amenities and facilities one needed in society. This project is located next to mca stadium which is another good thing about the project. As I work in Hinjewadi IT park I found this project good for me.
