Be careful when you pay the developer because he will take the fees and then say that you have not paid, which will lead to you having to pay again, so make sure you take a receipt from them.
No electricity supply and water supply as well.

We did not get the copy of approved plans, society registration documents and conveyance of deed land, so I would definitley say that something is wrong!

They promise a lot of things but never deliver on it and considering that we paid for what they said it is quite disappointing.

Their 2 BHK houses have a carpet area of 551 square feet, which is really less and the prices are really exorbitant in comparison with other builder's properties!

It is often an area of consideration when a new property is not build around a nearby property which is already an emerging landmark in the real estate landscape. There are no options of connectivity to places nearby.
