The builders took a lot of time to make the house, yet they gave us a building that they constucted using low quality ingredients, which led to a poorly constructed building!
Did not show us approvals and licenses.

Even after our repeated requests they failed to show us the required approvals and licenses for the building, so we are not feeling comfortable enough to book the house with them.

The government should take some active steps in nudging the banks to help such scenarios.
