She's like a pro at explaining what's going on with the construction, how the payments work, giving progress reports continuously, and helping out after I but. It's pretty clear that Mana really cares about making customers happy, and they have people like Mrs. Shilpa to prove it. She's quick to answer and doesn't mind doing extra, which not only makes me less worried but also makes me trust Mana even more
