Under construction will never be constructed

Review on Man Realty One Park Avenue, Ghodbunder Road, Thane

I booked the flat in the year 2017 when intial work start and paid token amount. Upto 2018 the constructionwas smooth and even constant demands were raising. The project was originally funded by PNB housing, later move to HDFC and then after Piramal Realty.

Now, construction works have been completely stopped. No one is picking up call...no one is replying over the email.

It felt like Man Relaty deceited us....
