Fraud. Very worst company. Initially, they speak like genuine. Don't believe that.

They have most of the land with issues. Before giving documents, they collect advance as much as possible.

After seeing the document, you can't get back a single paisa. If you ask, they will speak rudely.

Consider my experience and save your money. To get land documents,

don't spend more than 2000 Rs.

Sky home started business to cheat people. NO1 FRAUD COMPANY.

Please save your hard earned money some where else but please don't go with SKY Homes. If you go with them you will loose your money.

Premnath is the main fraud person in skyhomes.

All staff All well trained to cheat people.

All 5star ratings are given by their own staff to promote their fraud business.

Just I am giving heads up to you all, please don't suffer like me.

I am writings this review to give heads-up to all middle class families to aware with SKY HOME ENTERPRISES FRAUD BUILDERS.

The main motive of SKY HOME ENTERPRISES IS FRAUD. THEY ARE DOING FRADULENT BUSINESS BY COLLECTING ADVANCES FROM CUSTOMERBY SHOWING ILLEGAL LANDS AT THE TIME OF SITE VISIT.

TOTAL STAFF OF SKY HOME ARE MEANT TO DO FRAUD BUSINESS.

I HAVE VIISITED THEIR MUNUSWAMY NAGAR PROJECT AND SLELETED A PLOT SIZE IF 1200SF and paid advance of 50k in April 2021.

Again they have followed by calling me to visit office to discuss about the project and asked me some more money to show in bank for loan process.

Totally I have paid 2.75 lakhs for the seleted land and I have cleared all formalities with bank for housing loan process. Bank asked me for legal documents and sale agreement and informed the same to SKY HOME and they told me to come their for discussion.

I have visited their office and they asked me select other plot which was different from my choice and I told no, They showed me land which was not in their control.

Without having legal documents they showed me the illegal land and collected 2.75 lacs as adavance, now I am following for refund of the same they are showing their worst behaviour, very rude and telling we don't have money, we can't give now and don't know when we can give. This words after 9 months of my payment .

The below are the main FRAUD persons/Staff

1) PREMNATH - He sits in fraud sites and collects adavances for illegal land

2) BHAVANI - Same like Premnath.

3) PADBHANABHAN - Sky Home legal person for this illegal fraud business.

Please don't go with SKY HOME ENTERPRISES. They are cheaters.

They don't have any Ethics and Policies.

Purchased a house in sky home coorect time key delivery but not giving any discount register and loan support are fast but we gave the loan doc slowly because my uncle is in USA we got POA delay there.

Hi guys, I just wanted to bring to your kind notice that I had been cheated by skyhome enterprises, I'm not from Chennai I trusted this company but without informating they sold my site to someone, I have paid nearly 80k for that sight, I met with an accident and I was not in the position to work we informed the same to one of the skyhome person we said after paying full amount than only it will get registered no issues you can continue, no proper response from sky home staff only answer I got was management changed, and I can purchase different site which is expensive, I'm not from that state, why should I buy expensive from other state when I get the same in my place, we purchased because it was less price, we are speaking to them and planning to visit their office will upload their full details and their response, beware , BEWARE BEWARE of Skyhome especially outsiders, I have all the proof of my emi slips, their receipt and the amount and site number and site names, if anyone needs proof plz reply below will share, everytime you call management is changed .Its really fraud to cheat the allotted site to sell, will keep updating, the site which I purchased is not from mahalakshmi nagar, its different since I wanted to update my feedback and there is no other site option in it except mahalakshmi nagar I selected

They sell worthless lands where land value cannot appreciate(near grave yards and very remote location) cheating customers. Never visit their site in their vehicle you drive yourself then you come to know where it is located. They give false promises(like maintenance and ingenuity of land) and never stand up to their promises. Never ever thrust this builder. What happened to their project kalalagar nagar total cheat no one is there now?
