This builder is slow but authentic. They are doing their best to make customer happy.Infact I met lot of customers who are staying there and are happy.When I personally visited the project I noticed it coming under PMC.Air is very refreshing here.It has a sanctioned DP road . Thanks I am interested in buying a flat here.
Very Bad Experience With Builder

LifeStyleMagnum I have booked flat in June 2016 and while booking they have told that they are giving possession in Dec 2017.but they have given possession in April 2019.so this is worst.Also Behaviour of builder i.e Mr Rajiv is also not good.As I moved to site located and still we are facing many issue issue. As MSEB meter where not installed for 3 months and after giving late possession still they are asking to pay electricity bill. Also construction quality is not good they are many wall cracks, water is coming from any where.i would recommended not to purchase flat at this location .as I and also society member are also not happy about what they deliver.More over I see only one positive point i.e Mr Sham(Builder) sir is very supportive

I have got a flat here. The one they showed as show flat was completely different than what has been given.

They gave built a pillar in my hall taking up a lot of my space saying it was due to revival difficulty. The drainage pipes which general flow from ducts or outer surface are set from within the house.

Solar water is only given to master bedroom. So u pay close to 50 lakhs and carry buckets from one bathroom to another.

Pipes have gone loose already and make noise.

Windows and doors are already loose (within 2months) and shatter all the time.

Balcony had been changed and given way smaller than what was shown. Balcony had access from lobby.. Invitation to thieves. No security.

The area allocated to the garden is a joke..

We were promised covered parking but now the builder is setting up open parkings. Lifts used are downgrade. Do not have any certificates.

When society people approached builder Mr. Raju Agarwal they were threatened with so advocates name.

All floors after 7th have reported leakages in walls.
