The society M3M Marina has multitude of issues ongoing for years.The roads are in bad shape, there is concrete making factory so expect Pollution.The location is very off, far from the main city and at night it's blind and scary.There is still no MCG water supply, reliant on tankersThe electricity is on 9KvA whereas it has to be 11kva leading to dependency on Genset now in summers.Society is beautiful from inside but there are more cons than pros.

M3m Fraud Builder, Check background over internet before paying them anything!!! Pata nahi kaunsa project kab hold pe chala jaaye, kaunsi land fraud tarike se acquire ki ho inhone, u never know. After taking token money you will get stuck in a vicious circle of tension!!!!

I have booked a 3BHK for my family in the M3M marina in Gurgaon sector 68 and what I love the most about it is how spacious it is. Apart from the flats, the property also has several amenities like a pool, gym and garden, which I can enjoy with my family after I start living here. Plus, it's north-facing, so it makes me very happy, too.

Don't invest your hard earned money in any project of M3M as it is a very fraud and cheater builder. Definitely you will loss your Harden earned money. You will regret your decision if you invest in any project of M3M. They have a very long list of terms and conditions which is confusing and that's give M3M a upper hand in cheating when you file your refund. So once again I request everyone who is reading my review. Don't invest in M3M.
