M3M is a scammer - Skywalk sector 74

M3M is a cheat, they sold m3m skywalk in sector 74 Gurugram without rera and promised interest in return if we pay minimum 20% and anything above that. Now that we have paid the amount, they are denying the claim and saying it is only applicable if you would have paid 50% which we could not as for that we needed loan(which cannot be taken without RERA). M3M falsely promised and tricked us to invest in the property by showing returns and scheme and did not provide any proper documents as well. Never go for M3M, they show fake plans and returns and fool you to invest in it and then back out and don’t comply to what they promised.

We could have used the money that we already paid and invested it somewhere else and earned interest from it but now our money is blocked, and we are not getting anything on it. When we are trying to reach out it took months to get some response from M3M and that too was just to say they cannot do anything in this matter.
