Force you to pay paymentwithout any documents and after taking money m3m never responde. Big loop hole in comfort letter statement for monthly returns as according to letter they will give monthly return from date of allotment to application of oc after receipt of 30 percent payment. But they are not giving allotment letter so no monthly return started. Never go for any m3m projects.
