Bad Location, Worst Facility Management

DO NOT BUY THIS PROPERTY.Especially this property is maintained by bunch of idiots.Their Estate Manager - Rajesh Chahal is good for nothing.he only talk very rudely. They have harassed me for putting the planters outside my house - though while billing, they include the Super Area and we have paid for the price. Also, in these Corona times as well, they do not any faclities, Security is a breach here - anyone can enter just by saying that I am the resident and the Guards even dont bother to cross check. Just for moving an AC VRV unit on Wall - they send a complete team to harass me and they give me utlimatum as well. I am going to Sue them and would take them to court if needed.
