my favourite builder is Lodha construction. it is costly but real house made only by lodha construction.

when I was visit in mumbai lodha site in wadala. it’s bery big society.

The specific and very unique features in lodha construction. his parking space and his garden, gym, playing ground, function hall etc. this type of the all features in this society. very big and very highfy society. I like it.

Historic venue cool place well arcitecture bloomy walls well mannered staff, reception members , all crew etc. well natured managers well lift facility with great designed stairs along neat walls with good behaviour society members with gud social programms on weekly days and most of all sufficient parking a lot!

I purchased a flat from them in Mumbai. Possession of flat was delayed by 8 months and the materials they used to build interiors were crap. Biggest mistake. Initially I was promised that it will be top class. So I went with the brand name. But it was nothing but cheap materials everywhere. Please be aware and avoid this builder.

I just want to say those who want to be comfortable lifestyle in Mumbai, you should go with this. It's one of the comfortable location in Mumbai with all daily facilities that you want in your daily life.

Best location, without any disterbunce, fresh environment is available, you can enjoy the look of place as well.

As per the resources it's not expensive.

I have bought a 3BHK flat in enchante. But the room is just disaster.

Very small rooms and the walls are also fake, seems like POP walls which can break even by a small punch.

Please don't get trapped by this cheaters. Don't waste your money on anything build by these developers. You will regret the decision for the rest of your life.

Shittt house ...don't buy. It is prone to disaster.The walls are fake POP. There is a leakage issue and floor is made of false material.

There is nothing to say much.Govt should look into this building and perform a investigation on the construction.

Lodha Evoq apartment is one of the best apartments in mumbai, having lots of facilities and I am sure this apartment is to be loved by everyone. But when it comes to its cost that reaches sky height as compared to other apartments. I would recommend you to buy this only when you are financially rich or holding high paying job otherwise a big No. The convenience is good and appreciated.

I have gone there in lodha group the place is very nice for living the flats hospitality is very good and genuine I any one want flat in Mumbai its my review for my side take the flat on lodha group how they degin the homes there hospitallty is very genuine i will prefer please go there and se the flat over there I am thinking that i also want to buy a flat in lodha group Mumbai when I go there the the lodha group employees are very genuine and very good on talking there behaviours is very good there swimming pool over there big space of parking very good space for children play good behaviour of redisence over there I want also be part of lodha group to take a flat

The design and architecture and the facilities they are providing is world-class.

It's beautiful and high profile design and they are providing gym, swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court and car parking, 24/7 electricity, good maintenance, 24/7 water supply, good environment and all whic make its world class. and the good thing of this apartment is the hospitals are nearby so it's good and it's near to many important areas like ITC and all. Though Properties constructed by Lodha Group are Beautiful.But the interest rates of the Banks are more somewhere between 11 % or so in India because of which the customer pays more in his lifetime say for a period of say 20 years.Builders Customers and the government must take Intiatative to give loans to their customers on a cheaper rate of 4% as given by other government in many foreign countries lets say in Australia where citizens are able to buy the property. So therefore Intiatative must be taken to lessen the interest rates in India so that the properties are purchased by the common middle at prime locations.
