I have recently booked a flat in Dombivili with Lodha group without iod and commencement Certificate in place they are dishing out demand letters for registration of sale agreement. Further they have also given a demand of first construction linked payment without any government approvals in place. Even after repeated communications requesting them for sale agreement Lodha group says that same is confidential and cannot be shared. Please advice what to do. If any 1 out there is suffering like me please contact me on 97572xxxxx

Hi, A colleague of mine and I have also purchased a flat in lakeshore greens. Land will be leasehold and not freehold. This was not intimated at time of booking. I will call tomorrow to discuss. Thank you!

with respect to issue of registration and demanding for next payment, I had been tothe lodha sales office in and spoke to sales n deputy managers and explained theIissue..they assured me tat without registration u dont need to pay the next
payme...nt. I then emailed to the relationship manager n included the sales manager in loop..so this is now sorted out..for more details u can email me at lijithmani@yahoo.co.in.  Read More

I too booked a flat in the lakeshore greens and though it was mentioned in the agreement that the land has 99 years lease, I am really worried about is
1. the resale of this property,
2. after 99 years the land and all the properties on it w...ould be transferred to the landlord, also we are not sure what market price of that land would be even though 50% would be borne by the builder, we do not have any visiblity to the agreement documents.
3. cost or other impact of redevelopment of these buildings on the flat owner as this scenario certainly arises before the end of 99 years
