MACROTECH DEVELOPERS LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have booked my flat in February 2014, and the planned possession was on February 2016 butt due to continuous delay in their possession, we have received our flat keys in May 2018.

During the time of booking, they have advertised flat price as 37 Lakhs. But when we had go ahead with the booking our flat on 7th floor, price has been increased as per floor level and finally it costed us 40 lakhs including registration, and additional 5 lakhs for society and club house charges. From last 4 years we have paid around 10 lakhs interest to our banker.

This comes to total price of 40+5+10=55Lakhs till date. But now I could see that Lodha is selling the same flat at 43 lakhs which I have brought 4 years back.

where is the justification of price to my flat. I f I want to sell my flat, I should have to sell it at 55Lakhs. I seriously don't understand why Lodha is now selling it at such a lowest price by deducting all registration charges, GST charges and Club house charges.

We are normal software engineers and bought this flat thinking of it will be a good investment in next five years, but now we are in loss. We cannot sell it at a lowest price and we cannot even keep it as we have now transferred to Hyderabad.

My only suggestion to everyone who is willing to go for such so called named builders, be cautious, and don't get tempted by their sweet words at the time of booking. There is no appreciation in flat prices.
