On Occasion of Dusshera, I recieved a call from Lodha and was told attractive offer for employees of my existing employer on flat booking.


I thought check the offer and if feasible would buy.


Immediately a cab was sent next day at my door step.


I was taken to Palava city - Near dombivali.


Relationship manager was aligned who gave 3D demo of project, Sample 1 and half bed room, and future project plan and amenities covered on Audio-Video display.


Then I was asked to meet Sales Manager. I enquired for 1 BHK flat and immediately a printout was provided to me with pricing.


Carpet area of flat was 470 sq feet for which total purchase price was 48 Lakhs.Further this price was for 1st floor flat.


When enquired about flat on 9th floor, The price went upto 58 Lakhs.


Sales guy started pushing me to swipe for 45000 and get flat booked.He kept saying I will able to save 3-4 lakhs if booked today, Today was last day of offer.


Then I went into minute details about project. There pamplets does not mention about parking.When asked, sales guy told parking is available and will be provided.but he was not ready to provide details or may be he wanted to hide.


When I saw actual pricing, I would see water, gas pipelines, club house charges payable every year. This charges were in lakhs.For example a gas line was fitted in 6000 in Vashi was charged at 27000 in Palava. You can see the huge loot in pricing.


Lodha was going to charge maintenance from day 1, whereas actual possesion was 3 years laters.


When I told sales guy, I have to think and plan along with parents, the guy got rude and started telling you should have planed and came. Then when I started walking he called his boss.


Sales guys boss gave another offer of reducing 40 rs per square feet.


I smelled the fishy that they want me swipe card  and book flat at any cost.


They kept insisting today was last day of offer and showed me poster "last day to save 4 lakh".


Posters did not have date mentioned for last day.


It was another trick to trap the customer.


Finally, I left the site telling that I was unable to take decision and would come after 1 week.


I started recieving calls saying offers of saving 4 lakh is extended also they are providing additional discounts.


Being aware of all traps, I started making false promise the way guys kept doing.


Now I do not recieve any calls
