My review is for Lodha World One Project: Overseas customers beware of becoming new customer if you are not one yet.
Customer Services are appalling. CS representatives are very rude, they have lot of ego and do not respect their customers. The Relationship Manager System was replaced with Platinum Services which is an utterly flop system with very bad staff recruited in to it.
CS representatives would not mind insulting customers to protect their own false prestige. CS representatives let down their own supporting staff too especially their own sales group.
They claim to be international but do not deserve to be even included in international list at all.
They have typical dehati(rural) stubborn attitude. By hook or crook they would like to make money. They are very punitive. They charge you money upfront with just 2 weeks notice. If a customer fails to pay upfront money in 2 weeks time(especially for overseas customers it is very difficult as there are umpteen number of problems with present prevailing banking system in India) they will charge their customers with huge admin fee and 10% interest. They only implement the rules of RERA which are advantageous to them ignoring the customers' advantages laid down in RERA. Till date they have not passed on claimed material GST to their customers yet.
Indian government and Mumbai building controlling authorities should come hard on them to protect India's image in the world.
I am really worried that they may ruin India's image if they venture to enter into international real estate market.
I know that it would have been nice if I would have put the same matter in a gentle format but felt that it is not worth wasting my valuable time to protect the builder who has very bad CS in place. I am sorry for being harsh on my comments but they are facts which have straight come from core of my heart.
